Deni Avdija Isn't Himself, and Neither are the Trail Blazers
A blowout loss to the Knicks capped off an 0-3 east coast road trip.
Over the summer, Rip City Radio announced a long-term extension of their agreement with the Trail Blazers to continue carrying their games all season. As part of the agreement, my role as the station's Blazers insider is expanding to include a new podcast and radio show.
The Trail Blazers Insider Report will air every Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., with a re-air Wednesdays at 6 p.m on 620 AM.
There will also be a standalone podcast, which will be shorter (roughly 20-30 minutes, give or take) and won't go out on a specific day or time every week. It will be dependent on my schedule and the news cycle to decide when it makes sense to post each week. But you will get a podcast episode once a week.
The radio show will premiere this afternoon. The first episode of the podcast is out now. We're still working on getting an audio feed set up, but subscribe to the Rip City Radio YouTube Channel to get new episodes in video form.
Here's the first episode, recorded before media day over the weekend, covering the Scoot Henderson injury news and the RAJ Sports-Cherng family lawsuit.
