After he went undrafted in Thursday's second round, Arizona guard Caleb Love has agreed to a two-way contract with the Trail Blazers, a league source confirmed. ESPN first reported the news.
Love, a fifth-year senior, played his first three years in college at North Carolina before transferring to Arizona ahead of the 2023-24 season. This year, he averaged 17.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 34.4 minutes per game and led the Wildcats to the Big 12 championship game, where they lost to Houston, and to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Tournament, where they fell to Duke.
Love joins Sidy Cissoko as the Blazers' other two-way player under contract. They have one more two-way spot open with last year's other two-ways, Justin Minaya and Bryce McGowens, set to hit free agency. Love and Cissoko are both expected to play for Portland next month at Summer League in Las Vegas.
