I wouldn’t necessarily say that. As of right now, Sharpe and Mays are the only two healthy guards on the roster and neither of them can play 48 minutes. They just need bodies, hence these moves.
Just needing bodies makes sense. I just can't help but wonder especially since the organization often lacks details when it comes to communicating about injuries.
In my experience the current regime has actually been pretty good about being transparent with that stuff. The GP2 situation last year was kind of an outlier because the medical staff cleared him to play and he kept delaying so there were mixed messages out there about it.
This makes me wonder if the Scoot and Brogdon injuries are worse than thought.
